  • Production Order Processing –Production Order Confirmation processing was streamlined by combining complex steps into a single interface, reducing complexity, entry time, and training time. The modern design highlights essential information with visual indicators, guiding users through data entry while flagging issues. It integrates with SAP across multiple transactions and includes a Supervisor Approval workflow, with direct navigation from Mendix to SAP via SlipStream.
  • Customer Service Credit/Debit Rebill – Customer request processing for credit, debit, and rebills was optimized with workflow tasks incorporating plant factory calendar and holiday schedule due date logic. Approval levels were set based on amounts, with complex task routing based on department and product segments. Email notifications were sent to plant managers, and recall management was integrated, along with SAP integration for invoices.
